These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between :

(hereinafter referred to as “the seller” or “the Service Provider”)

and any natural or legal person making a purchase via the website www.astreiia.com

(hereinafter referred to as “the Client”).

 

1. PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of services and products offered on the website  www.astreiia.com.

 

They specifically apply to :

•The purchase of digital products (digital magazine, audio, programs, downloadable content),

•The sale of individual offers (mentoring, sessions, immersions, personalized experiences),

•The order of physical products (printed magazine or any future format).

Acceptance of these Termes and Conditions is required before any order.

They are available at any time on the website and must be read before any purchase.

 

2. LEGAL INFORMATION

Gwenhael Massa / ASTREIIA carries out her activity in coaching, mentoring, and content creation as a sole entrepreneur registered with the RCS.

She is exempt from VAT registration in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).

Invoices are issued upon the Client’s request.

 

3. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

The products and services available on the website include :

•ASTREIIA Magazine (digital and/or printed editions),

•Vision Originelle : individual energetic activation,

•COUTURE : tailor-made mentoring,

•other one-time content (audio, transmissions, masterclass, etc.).

The details of each offer are specified on their respective sales pages. 

Clients are invited to read them carefully before placing any order.

 

4. PRICING

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (TTC).

As the service provider is exempt from VAT, no additional tax is applied.

Prices may change at any time, but products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of purchase.

 

5. ORDER TERMS

Order are placed via the website www.astreiia.com, through pages hosted on WordPress and connected to the Stripe payment system.

 

An order is confirmed when the Client :

•selects a product or service,

•provides the required information (email, name, and any necessary contact details),

•completes the online payment.

A confirmation email is sent automatically.

 

6. PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

It may be made :

•in a single installment,

•or in multiple installments if this option is offered.

Payment are processed through the secure platform Stripe.

No refund may be requested once the order is placed, except as required by law (See § 8).

In the case of payment in installments the Client commits to paying the full amount.

 

7. DELIVERY AND ACCESS

Digital products are delivered by email or through a private link after order confirmation.

Individuals services (sessions, activations, mentoring) are scheduled afterward via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram.

The printed magazine is printed on demand through a selected partner, delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Any delay or delivery issue related to postal services or the printer shall not incur the liability of the Service Provider.

 

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L221-28 of French Consumer Code, the right withdrawal does not apply to :

•digital content delivered immediately,

•personalized services,

•services fulfilled before the legal withdrawal period ends, with the Client’s consent.

As such, no refund is provided, except in cases of service cancellation by the Provider or in the event of technical impossibility.

 

9. RESPONSABILITY

The service provider implements all necessary means to ensure a quality service.

However, the services offered are neither medical treatments nor guaranteed outcomes.

They fall within the fields of personal development, coaching, and intuitive or energetic transmission.

The client is fully responsible for their decisions and their integration process.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the website and its services (texts, visuals, logos, videos, audios, concepts, formats) is protected.

It is the exclusive property of Gwenhael Massa.

Any reproduction, resale, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

 

11. PERSONAL DATA

The information collected during orders (name, email, preferences) is necessary for the processing and proper delivery of services.

It is managed in compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

13. DISPUTES

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French Law.

In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, legal proceedings shall be brought befor the competent courts of EVRY (91 / FRANCE) or, failing that, before the Paris Court of Appeal.
